We love our furry friends but unfortunately they can cause a discomfort for some of our guests. Small dogs and cats are welcome to short visits.

Are pets allowed?

All residents are welcome to an overnight guest but they must make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance.

Can residents have an overnight guest?

As part of our new resident orientation, we will discuss all food and dietary restrictions together to make sure that we create an appropriate meal plan.

Can we accommodate residents with special diets?

Yes and no. Although we strive to keep couples together, we will need to meet with the residents to see whether or not living in the same room would be beneficial.

Can couples with different needs live in the same residence?

Yes, we accept hospice residence. For more information, please speak with one of our staff members.

Does our residence accept hospice residents?

We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time as they do not provide coverage for assisted living. We do accept private funds, long-term care insurance, and VA benefits.

Does our residence accept Medicare or Medicaid?

No. Our residence is a month-to-month contract. If one wishes to leave our residence, the guardian must submit a written 30-day notice. More information will be provided on this topic at the time of enrollment.

Does our residence require along-term contract?

Yes! We wanted to make sure our residences could move around with ease in a wheelchair and made it a priority in our facility planning.

Is our residence wheelchair accessible?

We embrace residences from all backgrounds regardless of religion, sex, race, etc. For those that wish to attend a service, we have a non-denominational spiritual space for those to have a quiet place to reflect.

Is our residence affiliated with any religious groups?

A nursing home is like an extension of a hospital as it consists of more long-term care that is often facilitated by doctors and nurses as a part of a rehabilitation service. An assisted living community is housing to help the elderly that are unable to live independently on their own.

What is the difference between a nursing home and an assisted living community?

An assisted living community assists the elderly and persons needing assistance to perform daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meals and medication management.

What is an assisted living community?

Yes, we do offer free wi-fi for all residents and guests. Cable TV is offered in all common areas and families are able to arrange for Cable TV in each individual room.
